Oh heck, after reading all those (mostly English-as-a-Second-Language)
putative grammarians, I am fed up enough to comment. These two idioms in English are both correct. (1) You are too stupid to do the right thing. (2) You are so stupid as to do the wrong thing. Therefore the webmaster R.L.P. could choose to write: (1) ... you were too stupid to check Google before asking a question or (2) ... you were so stupid as not to check Google before asking a question The page uses the first form, and is correct.
