Timeout redirect doesn't appear to work

If you visit  http://www.justfuckinggoogleit.com/search.pl?query=foo 
+bar  and click any of the Google links, you will get sent to google  
to look for  foo bar  . However, if you don't click, the timeout after  
15 seconds no longer works - you get returned a page from Google  
headed Forbidden with this content:


Forbidden Your client does not have permission to get URL /custom?
